Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your order. Because our products are consumable supplements, we can't accept physical returns of opened, used, or unopened items, for safety and hygiene reasons. Please do not send any products back to us. Items sent back without our written approval will not be accepted or refunded.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at shopofficialstores@gmail.com within [14] days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A short description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and the outer packaging

Once we confirm the issue, we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment method, your choice. You don't need to return the product.

Orders that don't arrive
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, or it hasn't arrived within [X] days of shipping, contact us and we'll look into it.

Changed your mind
We can't accept returns or exchanges of opened or unopened products. If you have a concern about a product, contact us within [30] days and we'll review it case by case.

Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before they ship. Once an order has shipped, it can't be canceled. Contact us as soon as possible if you ordered by mistake.

Exceptions
Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for refunds. Please get in touch if you have questions about a specific item.

Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges. If you received the wrong item, we'll replace it. Otherwise, you're welcome to place a new order for the item you want.

Refunds
Once we approve a refund, we'll notify you by email, and you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card company may need extra time to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, contact us at shopofficialstores@gmail.com.
